Local (?) Zucchini Pasta

I needed carbs and I'm out of my local rice, no potatoes in sight, and the bread's basically gone. So I bought some fresh, locally made pasta. Does that count as cheating? It's from The Phoenix Pastificio in Berkeley. It's organic, and I know they try to use local ingredients. Did I cheat on my challenge?

I say no. Supporting local food product makers only creates more distribution channels for farmers! Just let them know how much you appreciate it when they buy their ingredients locally, even if it means the product may cost a little more.
