Female Fettuccine?

I made "Fettuccine Alfreda" (yes, Alfred-A) from my wonderful new vegan cookbook, Vegan with a Vengeance. Yum.



I used nutritional yeast, which I'd never cooked with before. I think next time I'll cut back on it a bit, as the taste is a little overpowering. Otherwise it was quite yummy.
